So I have been carrying a point and shoot around with me for almost a year and I finally got a really good picture out of it. Usually, I get pictures that are composed well but the picture quality itself isn’t usually good. The color will be off or it won’t be in focus or it’s under/overexposed. But I keep taking pictures and yesterday I was rewarded with a decent looking picture:
I think my biggest compliant about having a cheap point and shoot instead of my D80 is that I don’t have that high degree of control that I love to have. I wonder if it’s possible to get a compact point and shoot that still has quick access to aperture and shutter settings.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackHi Scott! I have viewed many, many pictures you have taken of Chandler and this one is the best. The detail and the visual texture are incredible. It seems like I could reach through the screen and touch Chandler’s fur. Good one.
