The new season of Top Chef started on Bravo last night and it really made me think.  For their first quick fire challenge they had to make a unique deep dish pizza that would then get judged.  A lot of the contestants made horrible looking pizzas but I wondered if I was the one making the pizza would it look any better?  I realized that I have never made a deep dish pizza either and I decided that I’m going to use Top Chef as a way to try new recipes.

From last night I already want to try making a deep dish pizza and a soufflé.  These were two of the basic dishes that were made last night that I haven’t tried making.  I also want to try making Eggs Benedict and flan but I will have to wait on those because I don’t know if I will have time to make them.
