		<description>Dude, RailsCasts.com is the best programming podcast I&#039;ve ever subscribed to.  It used to focus on quick little tips (3 times a week), but lately Ryan has focused on longer (once a week) topics.  He&#039;s debating going back to the shorter format.

I know there&#039;s a more general Ruby podcast somewhere, but I&#039;ve never listened to it.</description>
